PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately The Light Deals cannot be held responsible.
Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If the package is returned to the sender (our office) due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer should be responsible to pay the shipping again.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout, The Light Deals is not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verify with the order’s tracking number).
If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly.
